Logical Net will assist you in your
setup with your DNS Services, allocation of IP address
space, Domain Name Registration, Domain Name Transfer,
Resolve Basic IP routing issues and other areas that
may require our expertise. In addition, we will assist
you through the installation process and establish a
project plan for implementation of your equipment. We
will work closely with you to understand your systems
and your Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as defined
within the managed service option for your equipment
and servers.
Basic System Management Service (BSMS)
- Full Primary and Secondary DNS Services provided for ALL your domains being hosted by your collocated servers.
- Administrative Service: service calls, project assistance, design and review assistance
- Technical Service: remote hands, backup functions, monitoring setups, troubleshooting, keyboard input, or other defined technical assistance as required.
- Basic hardware and operational functions: power cycling, setting switches, reset cabling, cable runs
- Maximum response time of 4 hour.
- Bandwidth Monitoring Reports provided in real time basis accessible via WEB browser.
- Up to 2 hours of services offered every month as defined above.
Operations Center Monitoring Services (OCMS)
- Includes Basic System Management Services (BSMS)
- Continually monitor your network, equipment (servers, routers, switches), and network backbone.
- Perform ICMP (“ping”) checks for each network connection and TCP port every 5 min.
- Perform application and content monitoring as specified by the project definition.
- Any detected problems will be followed up by whatever outage procedure you request or specified by the project definition (pagers, emails, phone calls, contact onsite technician).
- System Backup and Restore – Up to 15GB of information will be backed up to Logical Net’s backup appliance system using Logical Net’s backup client utility. Logical Net will configure the archive pointer setup, and prepare the system for restoration. Customer will manage the backup and restore process. Space beyond 15GB is available.
Advanced System Management Service (ASMS)
- Includes Basic System Management Services (BSMS)
- Includes Operations Center Monitoring Services (OCMS)
- Service technician available in the event of a hardware problem
- Technician makes the necessary equipment repairs (parts provided by customer) as specified by SOP or instructed by customer.
- Make services calls to hardware vendor for service escalation.
- Installation and configuration of software application that cannot be done remotely by customer. Such installation would occur under the direct supervision by the customer.
- Installation and configuration of new hardware to collocated racks under direct supervision of customer.
- Maximum response time of 2 hours after normal business hours.
- Total of 4 hours of services offered each month as defined above.
