Tush Nikollaj - CEO & Chairman
Tush Nikollaj is the CEO & Chairman of Logical Net and is the Company’s principal shareholder. A native of Kosova, the former Republic of Yugoslavia, Mr. Nikollaj came to the U.S. at the age of 8. Raised in the New York, he studied Biology and Chemistry at Syracuse University and moved to Albany to start a computer company. In 1994, recognizing the potential power of the Internet, Mr. Nikollaj and a partner started Logical Net to provide Internet access to the Capital Region in Albany, NY.

Dr. Roland Schmitt, Director
Dr. Roland Schmitt is President Emeritus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Senior Vice President (retired), Science & Technology, General Electric, where he worked for more than 37 years. In the 1980s, he was also Chairman of the Advisory Board of the New York State Office of Science, Technology and Academic Research.

Mike Marvin, Director
Mike Marvin is the Chairman Emeritus, a founder and former CEO of MapInfo Corporation, a publicly traded technology company that has grown to over a $100M in revenues with over 700 associates worldwide in the past 15 years. He is also a founding partner of Exponential Business Development Company, a venture fund which provides seed capital and management support to upstate New York companies and the founding chairman of the Tech Valley Software Alliance. Marvin is on a number of not-for-profit boards, such as WMHT public broadcasting, University at Albany Foundation, and the Business Council of New York State.

Steven N. Fischer, Director
Mr. Fischer, a Director of MTI since September 12, 2003 and of MTI Micro since March 4, 2004, became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of MTI on September 1, 2004. Mr. Fischer previously served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of MTI from September 12, 2003 until July 29, 2004. Mr. Fischer was President and Chief Executive Officer of Urbach Kahn & Werlin Advisors, Inc. from 1985 until December 31, 2001 and from January 1, 2002 until July 31, 2004, was Chairman of UHY Advisors NY, Inc. formerly Urbach Kahn & Werlin Advisors, Inc., which is a Centerprise Advisors, Inc. company, and a former member of the board of directors of Centerprise, which is ranked among the 16 largest professional services firms in the United States; he is also a former Chairman and current board member of Urbach Kahn & Werlin LLP, Certified Public Accountants and a former Chairman and board member of Urbach Hacker Young International, the entity responsible for international services to firm clients, which he co-founded and which currently has more than 4,200 employees in 46 countries worldwide.
