Dr. Kevin Kennedy
is the Chief Executive Officer JDS Uniphase. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Openwave Systems, Inc. from August 2001 to September 2003. Prior to joining Openwave Systems, Dr. Kennedy spent seven years at Cisco Systems, Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President of the Service Provider Line of Business and Software Technologies Division, and seventeen years at Bell Laboratories as well.
In 1987, Dr. Kennedy was a congressional fellow to the US House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space and Technology. He currently serves as an advisor to Braven Capital and is a member of the board of directors of Rambus Corporation, Quantum Corporation and Openwave Systems, Inc.
Dr. Kennedy holds engineering degrees, including: a B.S. from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and an M.S. and Ph.D. from Rutgers University. He was an adjunct professor at Rutgers from 1982-1984 and has published more than 30 papers on computational methods, data networking, and issues of technology management. He is a co-author of Going the Distance, a book published by Prentice Hall. |

Richard S. Lukaj
recently founded Babcock Capital Partners, Inc., a Merchant Banking and Advisory firm. Prior to his latest venture, Mr. Lukaj was a Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and had been with the firm since 1991. He was one of the youngest Senior Managing Directors in the firm's corporate history and headed the Emerging Telecommunications practice at Bear Stearns for three years. Mr. Lukaj has executed hundreds of transactions ranging in variety from mergers and acquisitions, underwriting (debt, equity and derivative securities), restructurings, exclusive sales and financial advisory. During his career at Bear Stearns, Mr. Lukaj executed transactions exceeding $100 billion and has contributed to the development of one of the strongest investment banking franchises on Wall Street.

George R. Hearst, III
is Vice President and Associate Publisher of the Albany Times Union and a Board member of the Hearst media family. He has two decades of experience in the newspaper industry, and has served as President of the SUNY Albany Foundation Board and on the Board of the Community Fund for the Capital Region.
